Paying and not receiving statements

I have requested statements several times but i dont receive it, i even make it simple for you to send it via my email address, but you dont. I am not sure if you are doing that deliberately so that i should continue to pay you until Jesus Comes back. I will stop paying even if it puts me in the red but its ok because i dont know how much much i am owing, maybe i am done with the payments, i cannot prove...please make a plan... I am referring to the personal loan account i have with you. My email address that you can use for my statements, is [Email Removed] and will be happy if you can send a detailed statement.
