Paula da Costa is a star

I went to open a account at nedbank the Glen mall 12/10/19 the branch was quite busy and after being so frustrated waiting for an hour and considering leaving and going to another bank I was assisted by the lovely and very dedicated Paula da Costa and wow what a beautiful experience! I was literally sitting in amazement as to how dedicated this woman is to her work and client service! It's clear that it's not just a job to her but she really values clients and loves what she does! Just how she handled everything under the pressure the branch was under inspired me to do better and be better at my own place of employment! I can't recall ever meeting a consultant so friendly so warm and so passionate! Paula is an asset to nedbank and I hope she gets treated as such! I completely forgot about my frustration sitting in her lovely and kind presence. THANK YOU Paula
