Pau in advance get penalized????

We app**** for Finance with MFC & got declined due to Bad credit score & Slow payer, yet the Experian Credit check came back with score 680 & ALL accounts paid up to date, No accounts in arrears. Will be moving my Bond from Nedbank seeing that we have paid them R700+ in advance for the past twelve months & this means absolutely NOTHING
