Patience from American Express card division should not be working with customers at the call centre!

I called in at about 9:30am to make an arrangement on my credit card account that happens to be in arrears for the first time since inception of the card (3 years) due to unforeseen expenditure!

I I was then transfered to a lady by the name Patience (unfortunately I couldn't get her surname) . She conducted security check and immediately after that she asked how much I am I gonna be paying ? When I asked how much is my monthly installment she started shouting at me. Telling me that the bank doesn't not want monthly installment , they just don't do that! I got so puzzled and I started probing. She wouldn't let me ask questions. She spoke over me. She even told me to stop talking because she is talking or telling me how the bank operates then she hung up on.

i am really shocked and disgusted at the customer service I got from Nedbank today. Doesn't Nedbank have the culture of rehibilitating customers who are experiencing short term difficulties? Fortunately from my side it is just a minor set back soon the account will be settled and closed and will definitely shift to another bank that values customers
