I am totally disgusted with the incompetence of your branch in Baywest Mall, Port Elizabeth. I had forgotten to collect my new credit card as such the Credit Card account was blocked. I contacted your call centre where I was advised to migrate over to some other account and it would take 3 days and I could collect at the Baywest Branch - that was done and I was notified I could collect. I had to take off half a day from work to go collect. I stood outside for an hour before even making it inside (and yes STANDING) with Lupus and Rheumatoid Arthritis I was in agony. I was finally issued the cards and told if I need any further assistance to wait in line at the front desk if I wanted to change the PIN's from those provided (EXCUSE ME!!! Wait again!!!) not on your life, so I left. The new cards are worthless as they are not linked to the Credit Card Account, now I have been told to go back to the branch .......
