Pathetic, Useless, **********!!!!!!

I am missing R11 600+ in my account, Called about 3 times and even went to the Branch and spoke to their Branch Manager. No one has a solution, no one can give me answers!!!!!! My whole salary cannot be traced and no one has an answer.
