Pathetic, useless and unhelpful

I have never not had an issue with this excuse for a bank. I have never been able to use my credit card account. Always having to transfer to my debit. When Nedbank then decides to lock the card and then “that department” is not in on a Public Holiday. So sorry for me. Not sure what the point of the exorbitant banking fees are.

Time for a change
