Pathetic service! My elderly diabetic parents are sitting at your richards bay main branch for the past 30 to 40 minutes and no one wants to help them despite many requests ! I contacted call center, contact center, complaints and the attitude is just as ****. No has any contact details of your Richard's bay branch! What nonsense! I will ensure that all their accounts with ur **** entity is closed ASAP !
