Pathetic setvice

Nedbank homeowners insurance department is pathetic. No. Managers on duty or always in a meeting. Team leaders and managers go on team building without finishing their work, and we the clients have to bear the costs. Can somebody from the department, sort this non service culture from brewing. Soon it'll be just like any of the SOE.
