Pathetic services - Nedbank Cape Gate mall

Services at the Cape gate bracch is really pathetic. Was standing in a 10 man queue for almost an hour outside the bank. Within this time 5 clients came out already and no one is manning the reception desk for acess control for assistance. My previous vistit to this branch for the same problem, I spent 2 hours waiting for someone to assist me with my business profile removed from my personal profile. Think this bank should rather close their doors in the mall or review their staff attire as banks around it has no long queues as their clients moving freely in and out.
