Pathetic Services

I have a revolving facility on my account with Nedbank I have been struggling to access the fees for about 4 weeks. Everytime the call centre say they will come back to me but it never happens. Numerous phone calls and visit to th branch and nobody can tell me why I am unable to use the funds. I have even logged a complaint at their complaints department with no luck. I have been a customer for 15 years and this is the worst I have been treated. I will never tell anybody to use Nedbank after the service I am receiving now.
