PATHETIC SERVICES_ CREDIT CARD APPLICATION

I app**** for a credit card on your highly advertised ''ONLINE BANKING" last week Tuesday till today no one can actually picked it up despite you guys sendinig me a lot of emails and texts requesting for this and that. Every time I called to ask on the procgress none of your employees can pick anything. The question is asking for my docs if they are not used to process the application?? Can you kindly stop the process for me.
