Pathetic Services at Nedbank - Greenstone Shopping Centre

For over a month now, I've been going to the Nedbank at Greenstone Shopping Centre, week after week they would tell me that they are offline and I have to come back the following day, I would then go the following day and I would still hear the same story.

I finally got them to help me, but before they could finish they went offline again. I went there again each time wasting time and money, although this time I got my Profile ID so I can access my Internet banking my account was not linked to the profile. When trying so link my account their MoneyApp returns an error that something went wrong their side, even after raising these issues to the manager of the branch, Olivia, nothing was done to fix the issue.

I then went there again, this time to transfer my money out to FNB account, they told me it would take 48 hours, It's been 4 days now and the money has not yet been transferred. I've had nothing but problems with Nedbank and this is not the first time.
