Pathetic service they don't assist their clients

I'm not happy at all with their service they don't even bother to give us feedback. On the 4th of April I went to the nearest garage at Sasol Ormonde view to withdraw R2 900 so the Absa atm didn't dispense the money but the money was debited from my account.Absa Atm number is 90148 it is located in Ormonde view Sasol garage. I tried to call the call centre and they let me hold forever wasting my airtime.. Then l decided to visit the branch in Braamfontein where l was told to wait for 7 days they want to investigate with Absa first until today l haven't heard anything from them.. Its stressing me imagine losing your last money in this difficulty time.
