Pathetic service - Theft without consequence

An unauthorized debit went off my account three months consecutively. I managed to cancel the last two debits but not the first one. I immediately consulted with Nedbank call center to reverse the debit. They started sending me from pillar to post. No one actually know what they are doing. It is now almost a year later and I am still without my money. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST NEDBANK WITH YOUR MONEY!!!!!
