ZERO STAR RATING - Wow Nedbank, for such a big financial institution your service is pathetic. SLA 4th Feb 2025 - NOT MET. SLA 12th Feb NOT MET. The last consultant was so rude. The matter keeps getting escalated to management but NO MANAGER EVER CALLS BACK. I am utterly disgusted to be linked to this bank in any way or form. Your processes IS NOT working. UTTERY UNHAPPY ***
