Pathetic service received

This is the first experience I’ve had with Nedbank and I wish it were a pleasant experience. Over the past few weeks I have been emailing 4 different agents back and forth (the same documents over and over again)

After no feedback I called the call center and guess what. All those documents are still not attached. The services at Nedbank is absolutely pathetic and I would not recommend it to anyone.
