Pathetic service or rather no service

pathetic service : Nedbank - George. Sitting 30mins waiting to collect a card and when I ask whats happening I am informed that they have system trouble. I was 4th in the row, so when would they inform the clients about the "system trouble" or just plain pathetic service? seems they should employ tellers that can do the job and not hide behind system trouble. Funny that the other desks could operate during the "so-called" system trouble. Seems like a good time to look for another bank. :-( 2019-08-10
