Pathetic service of Nedbank at Clearwater Branch

Nedbank service is pathetic .I have been given the run around since last year July to try and sort out my dad's estate .Well it's the the 2nd of February and I am still begging for assistance .All they do is over promise under deliver and blame someone else.There is just no empathy towards their clients.

Clearwater mall branch you just don't care .
