PATHETIC SERVICE OF NEDBANK

We depositted cash in the Nedbank ATM on 27 June at 16:00. It was a value of R13000 which is going to be used for school fees, medical bills and rent. Loadshedding occurred at that point in time whilst the last 200 was inserted in the ATM. My card was just returned with no slip etc. I have bills to pay and Nedbank says it will take 5 days to resolve. Who will reimburse my service fees on late payments and unsuccessful debits etc. Absolutely pathetic.
