pathetic service nedbank cresta mall went in October 2021 to close my cheque and credit card account , which was done while l was in the store i have been getting sms to deposit mony in my cheque account after that only phoned in today to be told am owing bank charges for what when l went in the bank and l signed documents for both account to be closed
