Pathetic service in Nedbank Branch

Nedbank Cape Town has provided us with the worst service ever. We're been here for over 3. 5 hours. We found out on Saturday 6th Sept that our burial society account was frozen for Fica. No signatory was notified. Branched gives you varying requirements. The no comparison in the branch, the team leader keeps on telling us about the process. We've advised them that we need to pay the undertaker today & the family. They still running around explaining process to us. We are in deep trouble as the funeral in on the 13th & bereaved family is waiting for funds. Pathetic service and we should close this account ASAP. They are keeping thousands of rands for our society and they're treating us like this.
