Pathetic service from Nokuthula

Spoke to a consultant by the name of Nokuthula who was very clueless and very unhelpful. She even remained silent on the call and eventually hung up when I asked her questions she had no answers for. It’s very disappointing to see that Nedbank hires just about anyone. I’m definitely moving my finances to a bank that takes my finances as seriously as I do.
