Pathetic service from Nedbank Ref no CPT171367

Logged a ***** case in November last year. Was told it will take 6 to 8 weeks to get resolved.Till this day still awaiting answers.Call center agents are useless.No feedback on the case logged.No calls from managers as requested.Email sent as directed by call center agent.I forgot the name of the person I dealt with but the email provided was ***. My case number provided was CPT171367 If any manager can go through the call recordings and give me a response it will be highly appreciated.I have been a client for more than 10 years and certainly don't deserve this kind of treatment from a bank that does not fail to deduct there banking fees every month.I was want to let the call center agent know how damn useless she is and hate to think how she treats other clients.Nedbank your service is pathetic and I will definitely be closing my account soon and by soon I mean tomorrow.Thank you for 10 lousy years you pathetic bunch of loosers.
