PATHETIC SERVICE FROM NEDBANK RECALL DIVISION

Nedbank service is shocking especially considering I have been a client for 15 years plus. 8 emails later and calls to their call center and still no resolution to my problem. Just the same reply over and over which doesn't assist me at all. What must one do to get a comprehensive explanation of why they can't fix the problem and contact details for the bank and responsible person dealing with the offending party who will not give back money paid erroneously into their account.
