Pathetic service from Nedbank Personal Loan

I opened a Nedbank Cheque account in January and took a loan with them of which I received excellent service from Elizabeth in PTA North. Fast forward to 29 March when they have to debit, they send a message to say it never went through and I am in arrears, and my life cover lapses, I immediately called Personal Loan dept to get my reference and did a transfer from my cheque to the loan. I have been calling Personal Loan dept from yesterday to see why its not reflecting, as it went off on my account, and it even shows on my statement. After all the trouble of calling whole of yesterday and today, I finally got a mail where to send proof of payment of which I did, and even now no one is coming back to me, they all tell me to send mails of which I do and no one knows where the money I paid went to, but yet its from my portfolio (Cheque to PL) Its very frustrating as they are not giving me straight answers or where my money is. I am very disappointed with Nedbank PL dept.
