Pathetic service from Nedbank Malvern

Nedbank Malvern is the worst to deal with , I have been there 2 weeks ago for a query and the lady was suppose to call me back that Monday ... to this day I haven’t got that call every-time you try calling the call centre cuts u off .... absolutely pathetic service
