Pathetic service from Nedbank Insurance Claims

I have submitted an insurance claim in the 2nd week of January and have followed up with numerous calls to Nedbank, I have up to date not received any response. Nedbank keeps stating that they will get back to me and up to date nothing. Quick to take a customers money but no delivery. Absolutely disappointing dealing with such incompetence.
