Pathetic Service From Nedbank Homeloans Consultant - Lerato Mohale

Got a called from a consultant from Nedbank Homeloans consultant Lerato Mohale, rude, abrupt, no professionalism with regards to customer service, she wants me to verify my details but then advises me that she need to take it down so i need to speak slower. My question to her is that if I am verifying my details surely you have it informant on you. I get told to go to the branch to find out about my home loan, what load of nonsense is this and you wonder why SA is in a state it is in, because of individuals like this. No ethics or professionalism for their jobs
