Pathetic Service from Nedbank Homeloan

If I could give a zero rating that would be ideal. I have never missed a payment on my Homeloan account but I am told that my account is in arrears. I have been tormented with phone calls and collection letters. The crime that I committed was to take the 3 months payment holiday. They always say they will update my account but this is not done. `this has been my demise since last year and up until now my account statement shows that I am in arrears. Can someone sort this mess out.
