pathetic service from nedbank home loans

on 13/01 a mandate was captured incorrectly by Nedbank for my home loan. I have been emailing *** informing them about the error - almost 4 months later and after getting promises from consultants that a manager will contact me , no one has contacted me - getting no response from ***. The level of customer service does not even deserve a 1 star
