Pathetic service from Nedbank Fourways Mall

ATM's went down at Fourways Mall during a deposit, completed the necessary paperwork and more than 3 weeks later and Nedbank still refuses to refund my money without a reason. Went back to the bank and was told "we will get back to you within 2-3 days", it's been 3 weeks. Called the call centre, same excuse. So I'm basically chasing my own tail because Nedbank had a faulty ATM.
