Pathetic Service from Nedbank

I settled my credit card in the beginning of May. I over paid as I received the wrong settlement amount. When I asked when the money will be reimbursed they said within 14 working days. I STILL haven't received my money. No one wants to help me get my money back and I have to wait for long periods to be assisted on the call. This is unacceptable service and they keep you hostage with your own money and draw interest on money that isn't theirs. Pathetic Nedbank
