Pathetic service from Nedbank

The Nedbank Home owners insurance department is pathetic. I logged a claim more than a years ago and it is still not resolved. It's not the first time I am experiencing an issue with this team. They take months to come back to you on claims and look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had repairs done and I have submitted all documents. It's been 2 months of following up but still nothing. Good luck to me getting this resolved.
