Pathetic service from nedbank

I have paid up my credit card in Jan and have sent numerous communication and called Nedbank countless time for them to update my account on the credit bureau. I have spoken to +/- 20 consultants who keep telling me to Wait 30 days I have waiting more than 90 days to receive a paid up letter and for them to clear that, they are a bunch of unhelpful people who transfer you from 1 person to the next, worst bank to bank with I will never recommend them to anyone. Till to date no one is able to assist me, I can not purchase a vehicle because of nedbank, I have asked to speak to a manager and they cut you off. 😡😡😡
