Pathetic service from Nedbank agents / Bad process
I recently took out a consolidation loan with Nedbank, they were supposed to pay a loan provider that I owed and send me proof of payment. This has not as yet been done. I called client services and they cant seem to help much. Can someone please send me the paid up letter / proof of payment or a paid up consolidation letter so that my debit order doesn't go off on the 25th June.

Please note that I still did not receive my paid up consolidation letter for Direct Axis. If I do not receive this by cob today, please note that I will not be paying back this Nedbank loan as I mentioned to the Sales consultant that I cannot afford both loans.

Please note that I still did not receive my paid up consolidation letter for Direct Axis. If I do not receive this by cob today, please note that I will not be paying back this Nedbank loan as I mentioned to the Sales consultant that I cannot afford both loans.
