Pathetic Service from Nedbank

I’m writing this review on behalf of my colleague and friend.. I have been a client with Nedbank for at least 30years, I have a Cheque Account, Credit Card, Savings and an Investment account with Nedbank. He has had is account with you for just over a year, my recommendation because I’ve always received fantastic service however I am most disappointed in the service he is receiving, I eat my words about Nedbank. Here’s his story, Friday 26th April he deposited his wages into his Nedbank account via ATM in Olivenhoutbos as he always does. Something happened to the ATM and rejected his deposit but conveniently did not return his money. He made numerous phone calls wasting his airtime with no success, reference number after reference number, promises to call him back with a resolution but still nothing. His latest endeavor he was told his money will only be returned by the 8th of May(***) This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! This is his money to live! He had to pay rent! Buy food! and whatever else he needs his MONEY FOR! Now he has to suffer because your system failed, very unfair! He no longer wants to bank with you, hope you are happy
