Pathetic service from Nedbank

Logged call in March 2020 (possibly earlier). Been to the branch, called telephonically and resorted to using the chat feature which times out regularly). After repeated exchanges and escalations, superviser did not call me back. Promised feedback by Xolani is still forthcoming. Found out today the the call was conveniently closed wit hthe staff member asking me what it was for. Call number ***5. Ridiculous service and frustrating.
