Pathetic service from Nedbank

ibhave tried to open an estate account for the past two months. At first in Heidelberg then the lady working eith it resigned then i was told Dean from Springs branch will take over in Heidelberg Just to learn that Dean is hospitalised and nobody knows where my focuments are Trying to call several times and every time i was promised we will come back to you nothing happen.Please everybody take note of the pathetic service from Nedbank.
