Pathetic service from Homeloans

I put in offer to purchase on Nedbank owned property. Nedbank(Dion Gonsalves) did not bother sending me response. I enquired. I was told that offer declined and I will receive letter. I waited for letter but received nothing. SEnt another query. Was then told that property sold. This is highly irregular. Had I been given the letter in time I would have bettered offer. I expect a full report on this irregular/unprofessional behaviour
