Pathetic service for private banking clients

Pathetic service for private banking clients, my husband unil maharaj app**** for a personal loan on Tuesday, to date no one from nedbank has given us feedback.

there turn around time is 2-3 days its no day 4 the call centre is useless. All we told is application is open , no feedback , no one responds from loan depart pathetic serivce. we are disgusted by the lack of concern from Nedbank is this how they treat clients itc was done on the 5th already but no feedback provided
