Pathetic service!!

I app**** for a credit card three weeks ago with Nedbank. On the 18th of September I received an sms stating i would be contacted within 48 hours for the delivery of the card "face to face". Today is one week later, I have heard nothing and the complaints department cannot seem to assist either. No one knows where the card is and this is not the way I want to start business with Nedbank. Can you please let me know what is happening with this card????????
