Pathetic service

Pulled out a statement from the ATM,I needed a bank stamp on it and not a electronic stamp,my son waited in the que inside while I waited outside the branch,he was told that I was needed for a stamp on the statements ,also not a problem,I went in and was told by Cynthia that I had to take another ticket and wait,to which I refused.she then went to wanita for assistance as she did not have a client.they had a nice chat and wanita took a short walk and returned to her desk.cynthia also returned only to tell me that she tried but I'll have to wait.im disgusted at the service received just for a stamp on my statement . with this in mind I'll be moving my personal as well as business accounts to another bank. Cynthia went on to explain that it's for ***** purposes that they need to verify me,logic tells me that if I was a *****ster I wouldn't need a stamp on my statement.im also stating here that I will not entertain my manger who is Patrick hlatshwayo,as he is not at fault here and his apology means nothing to me. The staff on a personal level should be more understanding.
