Pathetic service ever

Nedbank Jabulani has the worst customer service.when you get to the Door there is no one to help.waiting period is pathetic.they are always offline.im given a run around.I have been here is 9:42 I still haven't been helped worse pathetic. service now I'm told that they will only scan since their system is offline.now I have to come back again and I'm using taxi to come here.Im really ²
