PATHETIC SERVICE even with personal banker

more than 2 weeks ago i app**** for an overdraft, apparently will take 2 to 3 days. my Mother IL is sick, so need to go visit. a week later, no reply, contact personal banker. He inform me he is on it. then he contact me, i must go in and sign papers. (what is this, 1990 and do you know i work 40kms from town.). anyway, go sign papers, they state, money will be in Friday afternoon. wanted to go visit mom over the weekend, plans cancelled, money not in. Ok, come Monday, asking Nedbank where the money is. Reply: wrong paperwork was signed, will sent electronic. Signed again paperwork, Nedbank promised will be paid in by Monday afternoon. Today is Wednesday, NOTHING YET. not a peep. Will be closing my account after the funeral.
