Pathetic service

What a terrible service from Nedbank, I've sent myself sendimali as I forgot my card at home but the money went through mobi money, I called the call center to get assistance n I was interrogated but I explained to a lady that I dont have enough airtime. All I wanted was her to guide me to withdraw the money...now I'm stuck on ATM looking like a card *******. I think it's time I bank with people who would take me serious...the service it's pathetic ????
