Pathetic Service delivery

I have a business account with Nedbank my account is frozen due to FICA. I contacted Maria Muramba who is my banker who till date is not able to assist me. I asked to close my account as my business was hijacked at CIPRO by my previous accountant. I have reported it to CIPRO and made an affidavit at the police station provided all the proof to her but all she says is there is nothing they can do. Currently my clients payments are in the account and I am not able to access it. I have asked several times to speak to her manager or the head of legal but her response is no one can do anything. I advised her that I will be closing all my accounts with Nedbank and she rep**** it is fine. I am disgusted with the service I have received from Nedbank. This is not been client centric. Please note I do not want to deal with Maria and request her manager to contact me to resolve this matter ASAP.
