Pathetic service

Good day. I had the worst service ever at Nedbank Springfield park Durban.i went to teller 4 but she was looking for a reason not to assist me regarding opening a bank account. She sent me to the consultant where she opened the bank account then I had to go back to teller 4. I waited at the glass for about 5 minutes while she was talking to her colleague about a song, when she did get back to me she said she cannot assist me regarding opening the account and that I must come tomorrow or Monday to collect the bank card. It's by far the worst service o received.
