Pathetic service

I wanted to withdraw bulk money from my account, i had issues with withdrawing from my business account so they opened a personal account for me then I transferred money from business to personal. I asked the lady which account will give me better charges on the withdrawal she said the gold cheque is only free up to R3000 then its R3 per R100 then she advised i opened the pay as you use account cause ill be charged the R3. So I withdraw the money only to find out now that the withdrawal charge is R100 per R1000. And i was charged R6500 for that. I believe i was given false information and id like to contest that. I even spent 3hours trying to do this transaction
