Pathetic service!

Hi. I settled my personal loan to zero balance and Nedbank charged me insurance, service fee and interest. I understood the interest part since they said the balance I paid was exclusive of interest, I then paid everything whilst dealing with insurance as they said they should refund the insurance. Insurance did not refund the insurance that was charged and there was no clear explanation. Your bullying service sucks!
